Our client is one of the world’s leading company in his industrial sector. For the Corporate IT department we are looking for an IT Project Leader SAP Business Intelligence/SAP Business Objects.
Main Tasks:
You will be responsible for the implementation and support for Web, Portal, Collaboration, SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Objects Services area.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Preparation of requirements, risk and cost analysis, functional specifications, use cases and project plan
• Track project's efforts, deliverables, costs, quality
• Conduct service and progress reviews
• Deliver key milestones & updates to the PMO
• Perform and co-ordinate user acceptance Tests
• Initiate the go-live and handover to the technical operations team for release management and technical sustenance thereafter
• Prepare and provide training to key users
• Measure the project success
• Provide maintenance and improvement support your service portfolio
• Investigate, manage and resolve incidents, problems and perform business process changes
• Develop, optimize, customize and maintain the Web Portal and Collaboration related applications
• Ensure business stakeholders satisfaction
• Perform day to day and 2nd Level support
• Control, monitor and perform Change Requests related to assigned applications and component services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience and technical training
• Minimum 3 years experience in Web Portal and Collaboration Services or SAP Business Intelligence/SAP Business Objects
• Excellent Project Management/Business Analyst Skills with provable track record in Web related applications. (Intranets/Extranets/Portal)
• Understand business needs and transform them into IT specifications
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
• Experience in cross-cultural environments, interacting with a wide variety of people
• Knowledge of SAP,Web, Portal and Collaboration tools
• Use of Lotus Notes, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project
• Experienced in analytic, reporting, analysis, creation of data models, presentation
• Worked with analytical tools
Languages: Fluent in English and German - any other language an advantage
